    I make sure to search daily and get updated rates via email and by checking the market.

    We are fortunate and have very good coverage. I always try to keep a check on our health so that if something is going on we can hopefully catch it and nip it in the bud early!

    Fortunately I have good health insurance through my employer, but I also use a HSA to help pay out of Pocket expenses

    I use the doctors within my insurance plan and get 90 day prescriptions on medications used for long term.

    to save money on healthcare, i see my doctor once a year and I buy generics for my pills when I can.

    Our insurance covers pretty much everything….so that saves money…also we don’t go to the ER unless absolutely necessary. Thanks and God Bless!
