Do you have certain things you love to eat when you go out? For me, one of those foods are quesadillas. With of us trying to lose weight, eating out has become a major treat, and those are one of the few foods I really miss. While some of the simplest ones were great, it was also amazing getting something fancy or unique as an appetizer. Even though they aren’t the healthiest of foods, I had a feeling I could likely make something at home that wasn’t just tasty, but much healthier as well.
Like many of you, I started my search in my favorite places – Google and Pinterest. With so many recipes out there though, I quickly found myself overwhelmed.
