    I shampoo all the carpets in the house, wash walls, stuff like that. It’s also a good time to clean out closets and the garage.

    I used to do a lot of spring cleaning, but now that I am disabled I don’t do as much as I used to. I do like to do the carpets on a spring day when I can open the windows. Thank you

    I have already started. I clean out drawers, closets and try to throw away anything I haven’t used since last spring. I also pull down the curtains and wash them. Soooo much fun (not) but it’s nice to see it all super clean!

    With spring cleaning, I start with the kitchen, going through all the cupboards, throwing away a lot of old and unnecessary things. Then I move on the other rooms in the house, one at a time.

    I do everything I can to avoid cleaning at any time of the year, including spring cleaning! If I’m forced to I will, but I really despise cleaning.

    Spring cleaning is here. I’ve been cleaning out the storage areas and tossing everything I have not used in the past 2 years, and outside the leaves, rocks and dried out plants.

    Spring cleaning means cleaning it all. The windows, rugs, curtains, walls, wood trim,changing out the closets for summer clothes. Cleaning out the closets, & reorganizing the cupboards.

    My whole house needs an overhaul. I’ve really let things pile up. I’ve started spring cleaning. One room at a time. I’m sweeping top to bottom. Sorting, washing, dusting, and throwing things out. I ache all over. I take the weekends off then get back to it at least 2-3 hours a day.

    We go through drawers & closets & purge. We also try & go through paperwork to see what we can throw away & we wash everything that doesn’t get washed as regulary as clothes, sheets & towels. Stuff like jackets, comforters & duvet covers, curtains & cushion covers.

    I do a full kitchen cabinet cleaning, a basement run-thru and a full pull and clean of the garage. I try to be pretty complete. I might even hit a “clothing review” this year.

    I do a whole house deep clean and organizational frenzy! Put away winter get, bring out spring/summer, get rid of too small and old clothes, clean the entire house and yard. Lots of work but feels great afterwards.

    Clean out the closets, clean the cabinets, windows inside and outside, clean the walls and ceilings, power wash the sidewalk, driveway and porches, yard work like picking up sticks that fell during the Winter and stuff you don’t normally do every day.

    Ugh, we are in the middle of moving so it’s like it’s super-extra-intense spring cleaning right now! The upside is you move into a place that’s already completely spic and span.

    This year I am doing a lot of organizing, because we are about to have a new baby! Also, did things like get a new couch cover, vacuum under couches and beds, etc. I love to purge stuff we don’t need too!

    I go through all the clothes to see what should be donated and what still will be worn here. Then I organize it all (the organization lasts for maybe 2 weeks though!!)

    I clean everything like my Grandmother used to. Wash the walls.All appliances Under the Fridge Stove Washer Dryer etc. Everywhere that don’t get cleaned regularly.

    I’m cleaning all the time. There’s really nothing special I do at spring. I may undertake a project to totally reorganize the pantry – I haven’t done that in years.

    Clean the house top to bottom. Plant new flowers. Let the new breezes blow in and freshen the house. And then there’s the better eating and outdoor exercise!
