My perfect meal consists of anything that my boyfriend makes. He hates cooking so it truly means something when he makes the effort.

A perfect meal for me is a one-pot dish – soup or stew usually – and highly (maybe hotly) spiced. One of my favourites is Curried Lentil and Greens Soup with yogurt swirled in at the table. Any lentil (or bean) and any greens can be used.

My perfect meal is something with a lot of cheese. Lasagna, manicotti, pizza…. yum. Especially if it can be a semi-healthy meal like using a cauliflower crust or something like that.
