    Mine would be to get outdoors and spend more time hitting the trails with my son and husband. No phones, TV or distractions just the three of us on a adventure

    I don’t do New Year’s resolutions, because it always feels like you’re setting yourself up for failure. “I’ll work out 17 times a week” or “I’ll never eat sugar again” just isn’t doable. So I promised myself that I would try to lead a healthier lifestyle…add some more veggies to my diet, eat a little less sugar, try to exercise more. I can do this!
