    I exercise every morning, which gives me energy and also puts me in a healthy mindset for the rest of the day. The holiday season is full of temptations, so I try to stick to some healthy habits.

    Honestly I don’t worry about staying healthy during the holiday season, that’s when I let loose and eat whatever I want.

    I always try to make sure that I drink an entire glass of water prior to meals so that I feel full more quickly. It also helps flush out bad things from your system.

    Even though it might be a bit slippery I still walk. I take stairs when I am able to as well.

    To stay healthy I get a yearly flu shot and take vitamins daily.

    Before going to a party eat a health snack, just enough to keep from overeating and drinking.

    I do not worry about “staying healthy” ever really. Why deny and punish yourself with diets and exercise when your on this earth for such a short time? I indulge myself every chance I get and live my life to the fullest every day I am blessed to still have it.

    During the Holiday Season, I like to open my windows while I am away from the house. This airs out the house and I believe it helps get rid of those nasty germs that go around during the holiday season.

    Stay healthy?? During the Holidays?? That’s when you’re suppose to go all out and eat what you want and then plan make a New Year’s resolution to lose it all. LOL That’s what I do anyways, except the part about making a resolution. I’ve just decided to stay fat.

    I have a bad cold right now so I’m not doing too good of a job staying healthy. I try to always wash my hands after shopping and wash all produce that’s brought in.

    I’m actually doing a really good job backing off the sweets lately… I don’t know how I’m doing it though. I’m sure I’ll backslide when Halloween rolls around. lol

    Because of diabetes in the family, we count carbs so as to not gain weight and to keep blood sugars down.

    Drink lots of water, and eat treats in moderation, but no depriving myself. That just makes me want more “bad” stuff 🙂

    Part of staying healthy is to stay hydrated. Especially if you’re going out to a lot of parties. Drink water and eat light snacks. Skip the high fat foods.

    I’ve been drinking certain teas that help with congestion, headaches, etc. It’s great for the Fall time!

    One of my favorite ways to stay healthy during the holidays is to get visiting family members to go for a walk with me around the neighborhood while we catch up.

    I try to stay healthy year round. I don’t do anything different. I don’t over eat, so that isn’t a problem.

    Hand washing is important. Especially after shopping. I also always wash fresh produce with soapy water. You never know who handled it and put it back. I don’t want to ingest whatever may have been on their hands.

    Don’t restrict or make any food off limits but observe portion control. Keep active with exercise. Drink loads of water.

    I’m going to try to eat. I have a lot of trouble eating a meal and I know it isn’t healthy.
