    My favorite dish to make is Chicken Kiev. I love being able to switch up what’s inside. We love traditional Kiev but we also love to play around with the ingredients.

    Hmm. I don’t really know. I enjoy making a lot of different things. It just depends on the time of the year. During the cooler months I enjoy baked ziti, spaghetti (different pasta than spaghetti tho) and meatballs…

    Besides chocolate cake, my favorite dish to make is actually pizza. I love trying new combinations of toppings, I am definitely not the standard pepperoni pizza kinda guy. Lately its been a pie with Bosc pears, caramelized onion, brie, chopped dates, candied pecans, arugula and smoked cheddar cheese.
