The one tool that describes my mate is a ladder is that a tool? I think so.

  3. Kelly O' April 27, 2014 at 9:06 am -

Hmmmm….I like this question, so many options. I’m going with a hammer. A little hard headed, but I could never live without.

  4. Linda Szymoniak April 27, 2014 at 9:55 am -

My husband is like a broken hammer. I won’t go into details.

  5. Steph April 27, 2014 at 10:37 am -

Since I’m in a public forum, I’ll save the rude answers to myself 😛 I’d say superglue, because he’s able to fix lots of situations.

    • Susan Bewley April 28, 2014 at 3:30 pm -

Steph, it hasn’t stopped some of the comments I have read 😉

  6. Judy Cox April 27, 2014 at 10:46 am -

I would say a ruler!! He is a very ruled person. He is a very straight and narrowed man!!!

  7. Christina B. April 27, 2014 at 11:13 am -

I know there is a tool that will help you find screws and things that you’ve lost but is there a tool that will do the losing for you? He would be that tool 🙂 I’m forever having to ask for the tools from “my” set back because they get “borrowed” and always somehow get “gone” in his tool box, still in the car or under the house… really anywhere…I even found one in his little fire pit 🙂

I would like to win the Handy Man Box because I am always starting a new project or repairing something and I can never find what I need or I am missing that one tool I need to finish. I am my own handy-woman’s an have tools laying around and could use all the help I can get.

  9. Debra Womack April 27, 2014 at 1:00 pm -

For my mate, I’d say a compass. He NEVER gets lost and has an uncanny sense of direction.

  10. Samantha McFadden April 27, 2014 at 3:01 pm -

I would describe my mate as a hammer head. When he is good he is good, but when he misses the mark, it hurts just like hitting your finger instead of the nail you were aiming for.

    • Susan Bewley April 28, 2014 at 3:27 pm -

      Samantha, I love it! LOL!

  11. Melissa Douglass April 27, 2014 at 3:22 pm -

    He is my compass 🙂

  12. Kayla L April 27, 2014 at 3:33 pm -

My partner would have to be a paint brush because he uses it everyday and together the two make beautiful work.

  13. Tami Lewis April 27, 2014 at 3:46 pm -

A jackhammer, he just keeps hammering away until he gets what he wants.

  16. Alisha Hodges April 27, 2014 at 7:52 pm -

I would describe him as a compass, because he often helps me find my way. He’s good for advice and help, and when I’m overcome by emotion with certain problems, I’ll ask him to be my voice of reason with the situation, and he tells me the truth about whether I’m being rational or not and making a sound judgement.

  17. tammy cordery April 27, 2014 at 7:55 pm -

I think the stud finder is the tool that describes my honey because everytime we have a problem he tries to find a solution.

  20. Sydney Moon April 27, 2014 at 8:55 pm -

A Swiss Army knife! My man is full of random bits of information and resources. Plus he always has random things with him: band aids, Advil, a knife, Chapstick, etc. if I ever need anything I know he’s got it!

  21. Anita April 27, 2014 at 8:59 pm -

    Swiss army knife

    strong like a hammer

  25. Veronica V April 27, 2014 at 11:56 pm -

I would say a hammer because he is tough.

  26. melisa April 28, 2014 at 1:33 am -

I see that someone else also used compass, but that’s also exactly what I would describe my husband as 🙂

  27. Sherry Compton April 28, 2014 at 7:44 am -

Too many options…I’m going with duct tape….it fixes everything, can be tricky, and there’s more to it than you first think.

  28. Robin Christofaro April 28, 2014 at 12:58 pm -

I would go with something like a Swiss Army Knife – always prepared and dependable…which is great, because I’m never prepared for anything lol

  29. Jen S. April 28, 2014 at 1:51 pm -

    A screwdriver because he’s a little screwy 🙂

  33. Kevin B April 29, 2014 at 7:12 pm -

My love is vacuum, she consumes every little bit of dirty stuff and hides it.

  34. nikki bergin April 29, 2014 at 8:54 pm -

None of them, because tools actually fix things lol.

  35. Debbie Ritenour April 29, 2014 at 10:09 pm -

  36. Virginia Rowell April 30, 2014 at 7:47 pm -

I would describe my mate as a level. He’s so quiet and mellow.

  38. Melissa S May 2, 2014 at 6:48 pm -
