It’s always my goal to prepare healthful meals for the holidays. But it doesn’t always work out that way. This year I plan on using more veggies and less carbs.

One little step I’m taking is giving up soda & some of the ‘fancy’ drinks, and drinking more water!

I do the same thing I do the rest of the year. I don’t really do holidays, so it’s pretty easy.

This cooker sounds really neat. I like that you can slow cook, steam things, and make yogurt with it. The fact that it cooks four times faster than other slow cookers and does have all the chemicals in it that can seep into your food makes it even better.

Multicooker can be used in so many ways. I have to use more tools and pots like this to be a better cook.
