When I think about my mom I think about her french braiding my hair every morning before I went to school. Sometimes I’d make her do it 2 or 3 times until I was satisfied that it was just right. She always did it with a smile on her face.

Once of the funniest mom moments. Pregnant with #3. We decided to find out the sex of the baby. My oldest daughter and middle son were anxiously awaiting the results.. When we announced girl, our son turned to us deadpan and asked if the next could be a boy. I laughed so hard I started to cry. He was devastated I didn’t promise him.

I don’t have any personal mom memories because i was raised by my dad. But as a mom of three I have had plenty of sick days with my littles. I particularly remember my first constantly being sick while she was in daycare so long ago. It was terrible, but with a trusty humidifier, lots of liquids, rest, and love, we always got through it! Now that she’s 7, she my strongest child in the fact that she hardly ever gets sick! 🙂

When I was a kid my mom always had to go to mcdonalds every week just to get me the new toy that was out lol. She was the best and did so much for her kids I hope to be like her some day!

My favorite mom memory was when I would go to the bus stop to meet her after work every day in the summer to walk home with her. It was a mile away and she walked really fast but I kept up.
