The KitchenAid 4.5-quart ultra power stand mixer in green apple lets you finish whipping, mixing and blending in minutes. From the 10-speed control function, you can choose from fast whip to slow stir for convenient mixing. It has a tilt-back head design that allows easy access to the mixing bowl and beaters. With a powerful 300-watt motor, this KitchenAid tilt-back head stand mixer offers professional results. It has a steel wire whisk for whipping cream, a dough hook for kneading bread and a flat beater for blending cake batters and cookie dough.     I would make pavlova! And coconut whipped cream! Whipping by hand just does not produce the same results.

    A KitchenAid in my most favorite color. I could swoon! I would whip some cream right into shape then slather it on the delicate chocolate cake that I had just mixed and baked.

    I would love to have this in my kitchen and be able to whip up desserts like my mom did. My son’s favorite pie is lemon meringue but I can’t make the topping without a Kitchen Aid. It would be wonderful.
