    We love having breakfast for dinner. We have either pancakes or biscuits and gravy.

    Absolutely! If I ask my grandson what he wants for dinner, the answer is always “pancakes, sausage and eggs” blueberry is our favorite, while I have to make buttermilk for his brother and my husband.

    I do sometimes make eggs for dinner, but I mostly don’t do pancakes. Not sure why, since I love pancakes. I guess I feel like its a eating out thing, which I know is dumb on my part.

    Yes and no. We don’t have a specific night that we do it. And it’s usually because we forgot to thaw something out and there’s nothing else that can be easily made. Usually, we’ll do just a breakfast sandwich or eggs and toast.

    I love a full-out breakfast for dinner. Pancakes, eggs, bacon or ham, potatoes. It makes you feel like brunch in the middle of the week.

    Oooh how cool! Normally “breakfast night” at my house consists of one of those super-easy pancakes on a stick! Not very original, but good for a busy night!

    our evening breakfasts together are usually french toast or omelets…alone, a bowl of cereal – now that the weather is changing, yep…pancakes or waffles would definitely work!
