I don’t go hiking. And if I did, I certainly wouldn’t take my dog. Too much wildlife in my area.

However, my mother would love these boots for the fall/early spring time.

I don’t hike anywhere. If I did, it’d be in an area where there no dog walkers. I just like the boots. I have a wool lined pair of Lugz and I love them. They’re warm and comfortable.

We have two nice trails to hike here near home. We also like to drive up to a couple of campgrounds that have trails around their lakes. Really nice hikes. And we just got a puppy who will be joining us when she gets just a wee bit older.

We are lucky enough to have tons of various Metroparks scattered through and around our city, and, especially during the warm weather months, there are plenty of group hikes and activities, so those hikes are my favorite – we get to learn a bit about nature and/or history and hike with a group!
