With May being Celiac Awareness Month, some of our favorite brands are going out of their way to help educate others about Celiac Disease. Finding healthy, great tasting meals on the go can especially be challenging, especially if you want something that can quickly be heated up for lunch at work. Finding quaility food made from all natural, tasty ingredients can be challenging, especially if you want something that stores easily in your freezer. Luckily, we know the perfect answer for anyone who loves tasty food that perfect for anyone on a gluten-free diet – Tandoor Chef!

At Tandoor Chef, they are proud to create all natural, Indian cuisine that is gluten free. While they are required to label their food “may contain wheat” for Canadian standards, all of their gluten free meals are tested and must meet rigorous standards to considered gluten free by the company. As well, each of their meals are sent out to a certified lab on a regular basis to validate that all claims are accurate, guaranteeing you are getting a meal that is truly gluten free, allowing you to rest easy that you and your family have a meal that does not affect your allergies.

Some of their amazing gluten-free options include –

I’ve never tried Indian food. I won a lovely cookbook full of Indian recipes. Since I’ve never tasted it, I don’t know where to start. Trying some of these meals will give me an idea of what I like and dislike.
