A huge vegan, gluten-free chocolate cake or a vegan, gluten-free loaf of bread. It’s been 3 yrs., so I’m desperate for both.

If i won the Kitchenaid mixer the first thing I would make with it would be this recipe for lemon blueberry cupcakes filled with creamy lemon curd and topped with marscapone frosting. It’s one of those things I have on my list forever to try.

I would probably make a cheesecake first. I’m not a whiz in the kitchen, but I do make a decent cheesecake. I think it would be a Kahlua cheesecake.

The first thing I would make is my wife happy. She wants a red one because she is making our kitchen “retro” and the pink one doesn’t “go” with the rest
