    Smoothies! With 3 cups, me and my 2 girls will each have our own to make just the way we want! In the large blender container, I will make soup.

    I’d make some kind of a fruit/veggie smoothie. Why? because they taste good and when you make them yourself you can make them healthier without all the added sugar.

    I would make a mixed berry flax seed smoothie! It’d be a change from oatmeal and flax seed cereal! 🙂
