To wipe down my kitchen counters and sink, I’ll often use a microfiber cloth and a little hot water. This is a quick and easy way to make everything shiny and clean. I wouldn’t use this after preparing food, though! I feel like after I work with food (especially meat), I need to use something more to sanitize the counters and sink!

Cleansers, like bleach make me very ill. Even if not using bleach, if I use two different products in the same room I get ill.I use vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, whatever I can to get the job done without using chemical solutions. This steam cleaner would be a huge help to me. Thanks for the chance!

With that of every choice available, I make a mixture of all natural cleaning solutions. For the most part I often have to use that of a cleaning product for different types of wood – like that of the combination of toothpaste and salt.

I clean my drains out with baking soda and vinegar, followed by some hot water. I’ve been having problems with drain flies.. (I hate those things!) So I tried this. Seems to be working! I also washed off the scum on the little drain stopper. I didn’t realize how dirty that gets, I can only imagine what the drains look like! :O

I’ve actually just started phasing out the chemical products. Now I’m exploring alternatives like citrus oil and vinegar with water.
