Use for prep and meal. I make tacos and shred the lettuce and tomato and put in containers and use on the table. Saves me from taking the things out of containers because the food is in the container and leftovers are already in the container.

There are so many things I like about these bowls!!! I’d say the things I like the best are they are 100% leak-proof and microwavable. I too like to put food in the containers I’m going to store them in so there’s less clean-up. However, you can’t put really hot food in most containers. These would be awesome!!!
