To say that I have trouble falling asleep is the understatement of the year. I have tried everything so far. I do noticce that I sleep better in the Summer with the fan, so I think a sleep machine might be a solution.

This would not be for me it would be for my husband who has a high stress job. He has a hard time falling asleep and staying. The only way he can fall asleep is with relaxing sounds on his phone at night. This would be an awesome thing for him and our family.

We always have trouble falling asleep! And if that’s not bad enough, we wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back to sleep! Sometimes we get up and watch TV & sometimes we just lay there waiting to fall asleep again. It is very frustrating, to say the least! This sleep therapy machine sounds wonderful!

I not only have trouble falling asleep, but trouble staying asleep. I need a very dark room and some type of “white noise”. It’s not as bad in the summer, when I can keep a fan going by my bed – since my bedroom is on the second floor and just doesn’t get the cool air from the A/C as well as the first floor, I like the fan going. However, during the cold winter months, I’ve had to become creative and find a way to keep the fan going without actually blowing over my bed. It helps, but I have really been wanting to try something like this.
