What does it take to be truly prepared? Well that all depends on what you feel is right for you and your family. For Tom over at Tom’s Take On Things his review of the Kodiak Survival Knife and Zombie First Aid Kit are just a couple essentials that we all should have.

Some other items of interest might include: Water, freeze dried food, vacuum sealed food, flashlights, extra batteries, an emergency radio are just a few of the essentials you might need.

We all hope that nothing bad will happen. We all believe that it might not happen to us. If it does though, these prizes you will be one step closer to being able to handle a crisis if it occurs.

So enter the giveaway to win a Zombie First Aid Kit filled with a variety of medical supplies and also win a Kodiak Survival Knife as well. Giveaway is open to residents of the US, 18 years of age or older. Giveaway runs til 11:59pm EST on October 28th. Winner has 24 hours to respond to winning email or another winner will be selected.

    We have some supplies but I would love to have a ready kit.

    I do not have anything for an emergency kit. I will start planning one for us and all my 4 adult children.

    I’m sorry to say that we aren’t prepared at all in the case of an emergency 🙁 A Kit like this one is something that we really could use!

    I try to keep essentials, a first aid kits or emergency supplies, plus water on hand.

    We have a first aid kit and we usually keep candles, batteries and some dry goods for an emergency. We could definitely be more well stocked.

    We have a 72-hour kit with some bare basics for food, warmth, and light. I need to try living off it for 72 hours to see if it would really cut it, though.

    I have a basic first aid kit but no other supplies. Definitely not prepared for an emergency

    Not prepared at all. Need to do more to be prepared for any situation our world may bring.
