I rotate between 3 pairs for 2 years, then I change, or if I see the backs of one pair worn down on one side from pronation, I replace.

I try to replace my walking shoe/sneaker twice a year.

to be honest probably not as often as i should… i tend to wear them until they fall apart

I wear my sneakers out … The treads wear down from so much walking (with my dog) and sometimes the sole becomes imbalanced from the wear … And then new walking shoes!

I change them out when they hurt and when I feel that the cushion has gone out in them.

I keep my running shoes far longer than I should! I replace the insoles and that helps extend their life a little bit. I used to buy a new pair every year, but kind of got out of the habit. Maybe I’ll look into getting myself a new pair for the new year!

how frequently? oh that’s a bad question, as I have to wear my one pair for ALL things til they fall apart LOL…sorry, but there’s no room in the budget for that splurge :/

I would need a man’s shoe unless I could gift to my sister. We both like to run but it can be painful. Even on the ground.

I probably don’t change my running shoes often enough

I keep them probably longer than i should, when their are literal holes in them i still will wait a bit longer until it rains or something to motivate me to change them

I am a runner so I change my running shoes every year. My walking shoes I keep longer because they don’t get as much wear and tear.

I have one pair of shoes that I use until they wear out. I’m on a very fixed income.
