We have a hard time giving our pup pills! We try to hide it in cheese. That works sometimes, but other times she just eats the cheese around the pill. We still haven’t found a perfect solution!

Yes I do Lucy is a stinker and I could put a pill in a piece of steak and the little bugger would eat the steak and spit out the pill lol

My dogs hate medicine. I try to hide it in their food bowl and they spit it out. I try to hid it in cheese or peanut butter and they eat around it. Too smart!

Yes we have trouble giving our pet medication, she knows, and I don’t know how when it is medicine time.

I do have trouble giving meds to my pet – she hates them and I have to attempt to hide it in her food, which sometimes doesn’t even work lol.

Sometimes. Especially when they are given the bubble gum flavored antibiotic. My vet and I keep saying we are going to make a fish flavored for cats and a beef flavor of dogs.

Yes and I watched how the Veterinarian did it last Saturday so now I’ll do it the way she did it.

Lord have mercy- I absolutely dread having to give my dogs pills or medication.

One of my dogs has stopped taking his pills in canned food, so now I’m having to wrap them in cheese and poke them down. It’s not easy and he’s clamped down momentarily on my thumb twice (ouch!), so I am always relieved when it goes smoothly.

Yes, it is always a struggle to give my dog her medication.

My dog does not like taking medication so I have to avoid giving it to her unless she absolutely needs it. I love that this comes with ear cleaner because my dog could really use it.

I wrap the meds in cheese and they don’t have a problem with that.

  16. Linda Kish March 26, 2017 at 6:21 pm - Reply

I use spray cheese but, if he can smell the pill in there, he won’t bother with it.
