    I excercise daily (yoga, strength training, & dance) to keep heart healthy. I also follow a nutritious diet…I realize I am fueling my body to keep it healthy!

    For me it’s the small things like taking the stairs at work and walking my dogs instead of just letting them out in the yard.

    I recently lost 20lbs (and kept it off so far) using the every other day diet. I lowered my cholestoral back to normal again!!! I'm also using a pedometer to count my steps and trying to walk more!
