A delicious air fried salmon salad full of flavor and a great fast weeknight recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 3/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • half a lemon

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon filets in the air-fryer basket. Brush the avocado oil over the salmon and sprinkle the salt and lemon pepper seasoning over the top.
  2. Turn the air-fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and air-fry the salmon for 14 minutes, or until the salmon flakes off easily with a fork.
  3. Add the filets to a large mixing bowl, ensuring any skin is removed first.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, onion, and celery to the mixing bowl.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
  6. Stir everything well, and serve on croissants or over lettuce.
