I am expecting my first baby – a little boy – this summer, so he hasn’t been able to use anything we’ve bought yet, but my favourite buy for me during this pregnancy has been my large birthing ball, which I sit and bounce and stretch on. It has helped me through all sorts of pregnancy pains, and I’m excited to use it to bounce baby on when he joins us!
