    We tend to use an electric heated pad for our aches and pains, but usually it’s not enough!

    I have my grandkids walk on my back and when I go to walmart I sit in the massage chairs there.

    I take warm baths and pain relievers to ease my aches and pains.

    I actually go and get a massage.

    I use a plug in heat pack when I get aches or pains and try to do stretching exercises every day.

    When my back hurts I use either a heating pad or heat rub. I also try to do some stretches.

    Right now a regular heating pad. Sometimes a bath, but that is rare.

    I go between massage therapy and stretching paired with a hot pad or ice pack depending on the ache.

    If a real hot soaking bath won’t kill my aches and pains then I go with Methadone. LOL

    I usually just take Ibuprofen, but will do yoga stretching if time permits

    Depending on the reason for the pain I use an ice pack and Ibuprofen, or soak in a hot epsom salt bath.

    When I ache I lie down, use heat or cold, depending. I usually take a Tylenol if it’s bad.

    I take pain relievers like Ibuprofen and Tylenol. I do not like to do this though. I would love to find something that works without introducing icky chemicals into my body.

    I like to use a heating pad, but I want this prize for my husband. He is a longshoreman and has to stand on steel in all kinds of weather daily!

    Although I hate to do this when I’m sore, stretching is good. That and heat.

    Today was a bad day. I used Salonpas patches to keep my pain reduced. Now I am on my recliner. Ugh.

    Wish I could afford to get massages more often because that is the best! So I just use Ibuprofen & yoga stretching as my remedy.

    I do stretches, exercises, and heat/ice to help manage my symptoms. It is often not enough.

    I take a lot of pain medication for my aches and pains. I get very tight muscles in my back. Hard to sleep at times 🙁

    Sometimes a hot bath helps relieve muscle aches. Sometimes, you just have to wait it out.

    My husband usually gives me a massage when I am sore. He is sick tonight though, so no massage for me 🙂 and chicken soup for him 🙂

    I use heating pads, stretching and ibuprofen to ease my muscle tension and pain. It never seems to be enough though!
