Have you ever had to ship something overseas? I will be the first to tell you, it is VERY expensive. I have personally sent things to friends in Europe and even made some purchases myself that came from other countries. One of the main reasons I don’t do it often is shipping. I think to ship overseas would be used most -cheaper rates – such as to our troops stationed overseas or to family left behind in another country.

I think the parcel consolidation and comparison shopping tools are very useful.

I think the personal shopper will be very helpful for overseas customers.  I am on several sites with overseas members and they are always saying they can't order from such-and-such a site because they don't have a US address or credit card.  And being able to have all their packages combined to save on shipping would be very helpful for them as well.

I lived in Latvia, in the Baltics, for a year and friends and family sent me care packages that cost a lot more than the product themselves. As missionaries I would love to find a better alternative!

I think shipping overseas would be the most used, it seems a great option for people who don't have a US address

'parcelbound' seems like a great service especially if you have more than 1 pkg going overseas or to different locations.
