Function is my primary concern. I’ve never shopped for winter boots before, but I’d want them lined/insulated, to have really good and grippy treads, and to be waterproof. Style is low on the list of concerns. I just want something simple. Any amount of snazz removes footwear from my interest. I’m just a simple person with simple wants.

I love for the style. If it’s got a high heel that’s great and if it’s comfortable that is even better. I also look for color. I love the colors grey, black, brown, and a dark red for winter boots.

All of my shoes have to be comfortable. That’s priority number one. Then I want something cute.

I like my boots to be cute, but more important is that they protect me from the snow and rain and that they are comfortable.

My Winter boots I look for good soles for traction. Fall boots I go for style because I don’t have to worry about falling in the weather.

For a winter boot I look for a good balance between style and function! I live in California so the weather here isn’t too harsh, but it can still get very chilly.

I don’t really have any winter boots because it doesn’t usually get extremely cold in Texas but it would be really helpful to have some for the days that it is cold and wet. The thing I worry about most is comfort but I also want boots with good traction and that will keep my feet warm and dry.
