Breast Pump

Medela just introduced an amazing program, Medela Recycles. This program focuses on helping moms who have finished their breastfeeding journey help another mom begin hers. Medela is working in conjunction with Ronald McDonald House Charities, which provide a place for families to stay that is close to their children, whether they are sick in the hospital or a new baby who has to stay in the NICU.

Not only does this program encourage mothers to properly dispose of their old pumps to keep them out of landfills, but every pump recycled goes toward the donation of two hospital-grade pumps (Symphony Preemie+ Breastpumps) and supplies to Ronald McDonald House Charities across the country. Medela has set a goal of taking in 12,000 recycled pumps this year. They are going strong at 6,525.
Nearly 40% of the families served by RHMC are caring for babies in the NICU, so the benefits of this program are astronomical. You will have the peace of mind that you are supporting another mom on her breastfeeding journey during a difficult and challenging time, as well as the fact that your pump is being recycled properly. Visit Medela Recycles to recycle your breast pump and spread the word.
Follow Medela on Twitter to learn more!
One lucky winner will receive a Medela Freestyle Breast Pump and Accessories (RV $400). This giveaway is open to U.S. residents and will end on 10/14. Please enter on the Rafflecopter below. Good luck!

I would keep this for myself as I’m expecting in March, and the motor went out on my last breast pump.

My daughter is due with her first baby girl in November. I would give the breast pump to her.

I have a friend that is expecting. I will give this to them.

the form isn’t working AT ALL for me…it won’t let me do the free entry even if I enter something, so I can’t do any of your options. I am guessing to post who would I give this to, I have a friend who is trying so hard to do things on her own without any handouts, which I applaud, and I would give it to her as I know neither of us can afford it (her to buy it outright or me to give as a gift) and I’m not going to suggest renting one, I support her choice of doing all she can, that’s wonderful to see someone want to and that’s why this gift would be awesome to give her!

I may give the breast pump to a friend who is pregnant now. I used to breastfeed and use a medela pump.
