    I try to do as much cardio at home in my basement as I can since I can’t afford a gym membership. I’m down 55 pounds with about 35 to go. Thank you for the opportunity to win.

    I have an elliptical I try to use and also several videos. I need to become more consistent though.

    I go on walks, squats, lunges, and resistance bands.

    I play deck hockey and soccer with the kids in the yard otherwise i usually go to the gym.

    I found a great workout coach on youtube. In the past 3 1/2 weeks I've lost 5 lbs working out with this guy.

    I have fibromyalgia as well as severe neck and back issues, so most of what do is stretching, although I'd like to start incorporating some resistance training into my routine as well.

    I am currently not doing anything (although I am 8 1/2 months pregnant), but I love to workout on my treadmill and to do workout videos (like Jillian Michaels).  Running after my 2 year old, lol!

    I just started a couch to 5k program and I also have the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred that I olan on starting after this program. I also have an elliptical!
