NYPD Motorbike Battery Powered Ride-On Toy Giveaway

Posted on Nov 25 2014 - 12:01am by Susan Bewley

GiGGo Toys is blazing the way for awesome ride-on toys, and their new NYPD Motorbike is certainly no exception! GiGGo Toys is a new business out of Long Island, New York, that designs, manufactures, and distributes 6 & 12 volt battery ride-on toys for children ages 2-8. Their entire mission is to bring fun toys to kids. They encourage kids of all ages to enjoy life, play safely outside, and most importantly, to be kind to one another. GiGGo Toys has rolled out a number of super cool ride-ons, like their Little Vintage Indian Motorcycles, but the NYPD Motorbike might be one of the best!

Here’s some information about the new Motorbike from the GiGGo Toys website:

This is the ride-on motorcycle officially licensed by NEW YORK CITY and modeled after a New York Police Department (NYPD) patrol cruiser. It carries children up to 1.5 MPH in pursuit of the “bad guys.” Its built-in rechargeable battery powers its 6-volt electric motor on smooth terrains such as sidewalks, patios, or driveways.

A hand switch provides forward and backward movement, accompanied by siren sounds from a built-in speaker. The two rear wheels provide balanced riding without the need for bike-riding skills. Braking is provided by releasing the foot throttle. It has a working headlight and has twin hazard lights and a working siren enable re-enactment of traffic stops (separate AA battery required- not included). There’s also a rear compartment opens for storage.

A 10-hour charge of the battery using the included AC adapter provides up to one ½ hours of continuous operation. This ride-on is recommended for ages 2-4 and will accommodate a ride up to 66 pounds.

I would love to win the NYPD motorbike, since my niece has been pining for one for sometime. However, I do have a nephew who would love any of the Little Indians and another niece who’d just flip for that purple Skootah!!!
