I have long hair, so hair getting caught on the roller drives me nuts. Would love a good new vacuum.

Lots of dust gets built up in hinge area … It has to be removed often in order to have better flow to the filter and storage part of the vacuum.

I have a big clunky pet vacuum which seemed like a good idea at the time but it has so many accessories they are always falling off and it is heavy. With a two kids 6 cats and a bunny I have to use it daily. I would love to have a smaller vacuum for little jobs.

  8. kath g December 4, 2015 at 10:25 am -

I have a lot of hardwood floors and the vacuum I have blows the dirt around instead of vacuuming it up (and the belt keeps breaking).

  9. Maureen December 4, 2015 at 10:30 am -

We need one that is powerful. We need a vacuum that you can change the flooring on as we..

  10. kath g December 4, 2015 at 10:31 am -

I too liked that it has a long cord. I also like that it has easy accessible controls and multiple speeds and the swivel and I could go on but I’ll just say this is really a feature packed machine.

My biggest challenge with my current vacuum is lugging it up and down the stairs. It’s heavy! I also dislike using it to vacuum the stair. The hose seems too short and I’m afraid it will topple down the stairs!

  12. katherine tino December 4, 2015 at 11:33 am -

My vacuum spits dust out of the back. Yucky!!

  13. Kristin December 4, 2015 at 11:40 am -

My vacuum is too big! It’s almost impossible to carry it up and down the stairs!

  14. Lisa December 4, 2015 at 12:02 pm -

I need a reliable, powerful, and light vacuum. My current vacuum is over twenty years old and weighs a lot.

  15. Cathy Philipps December 4, 2015 at 12:02 pm -

  18. Rebecca Niehaus December 4, 2015 at 3:42 pm -

My current vacuum fills the entire room with a burning rubber smell that is unbearable. I tried to change the belt but it must be something else because it is still doing it 🙁

  19. Vicki Wurgler December 4, 2015 at 4:26 pm -

mine is heavy and doesn’t pick up dog hair very well

  20. abedabun dawn December 4, 2015 at 4:32 pm -

My current vacuum cleaner is totally useless. I was going to vacuum the living room yesterday only to discover there is a hole in the hose. I got online today to see if I could buy a new hose, but cant find my particular model. Before investing in a new one, I guess I will have to call the company next week to see if they can help me.

  21. Adriana Gonzalez December 4, 2015 at 6:29 pm -

My vacuum doesn’t pick up anything at all, you have to go over 1 spot 3 times until you see anything gone.

  22. Sherwood December 4, 2015 at 6:50 pm -

With my current vacuum, I have to clean out the filter after every use or else it has obviously minimized suction. It makes me far less inclined to use it…

  23. Sheila M. December 4, 2015 at 7:29 pm -

My current vacuum is almost new, but I can’t wait to replace it. It is hard to navigate and the handle feels cheaply made.

  24. suzanne esaine December 4, 2015 at 9:07 pm -

I have pets, my house gets dusty and my hair sheds! I have waist length hair and it’s very thick, so between the 3 vacuums don’t last.

  25. jessica z December 4, 2015 at 10:33 pm -

The suction on my current vacuum isn’t very good, so I vacuum for a long time or just give up

  26. Jim Weaver December 5, 2015 at 4:13 am -

  34. Melissa Crisp December 6, 2015 at 6:57 pm -

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and my vacuum doesn’t get the hair up all that well.

  35. Cathleen King December 6, 2015 at 8:52 pm -

I don’t have any problems with my current vacuum, but wouldn’t hurt to have another one as a backup when that goes bad.

  36. amy pugmire December 6, 2015 at 10:12 pm -

It doesn’t suction well. It doesn’t suck up the dirt well at all

  37. Michelle Macaluso December 7, 2015 at 3:00 am -

Our vacuum is always getting too much hair in it and the brush roll gets all tangled.

  42. DeAnna Keller December 14, 2015 at 4:06 pm -

My current vacuum issue is mine doesn’t have the best suction. I have to go over a room 2-3 times before the carpet is clean. Plus, it’s heavy!

  43. Meredith Miller December 15, 2015 at 11:17 pm -
