I rotate between 3 pairs for 2 years, then I change, or if I see the backs of one pair worn down on one side from pronation, I replace.

  2. Nadine December 4, 2015 at 7:54 am -

I try to replace my walking shoe/sneaker twice a year.

  3. Karen Giasson December 4, 2015 at 8:48 am -

I only have walking shoes. I try to change them at least once a year.

to be honest probably not as often as i should… i tend to wear them until they fall apart

  5. Arik Issan December 4, 2015 at 9:47 am -

I wear my sneakers out … The treads wear down from so much walking (with my dog) and sometimes the sole becomes imbalanced from the wear … And then new walking shoes!

  6. Maureen December 4, 2015 at 10:32 am -

I change them out when they hurt and when I feel that the cushion has gone out in them.

I keep my running shoes far longer than I should! I replace the insoles and that helps extend their life a little bit. I used to buy a new pair every year, but kind of got out of the habit. Maybe I’ll look into getting myself a new pair for the new year!

how frequently? oh that’s a bad question, as I have to wear my one pair for ALL things til they fall apart LOL…sorry, but there’s no room in the budget for that splurge :/

I would need a man’s shoe unless I could gift to my sister. We both like to run but it can be painful. Even on the ground.

  17. jessica z December 4, 2015 at 10:30 pm -

I probably don’t change my running shoes often enough

  18. Krystal Waters December 5, 2015 at 2:49 am -

I change them about every 6 months and I have one pair just for using at the gym.

  20. Hayley December 5, 2015 at 10:40 pm -

I am a runner so I change my running shoes every year. My walking shoes I keep longer because they don’t get as much wear and tear.

I have one pair of shoes that I use until they wear out. I’m on a very fixed income.
