Do you struggle coming up with new recipes for your weekly meal plan? With us eating at home almost exclusively now, I have genuinely fallen in love with my pressure cooker. While many of you know that I have been using one for the past two years now, I haven’t gone crazy trying to find new recipes until the last six or eight months. With the entire Instant Pot craze that has been going on for years now, it is so much easier to find pressure cooker recipes. The downside, however, is that there are so many recipes it is so easy to become overwhelmed. Not to mention that some of the recipes I was finding online were a bit cost prohibitive with expensive spices or ingredients, making them not so friendly for meal planning if you are trying to stay on a budget!
One of the things I like to do to keep costs down and try to keep meals as healthy as possible is mostly cooking with chicken. To my surprise, it was hard finding easy chicken Instant Pot recipes, especially ones that were budget friendly and didn’t take hours to make. I mean, most of us use our Instant Pot or electric cooker to save time, not have us spending even more time away from our family or businesses. I mean, I knew I couldn’t be the only girl out there looking for chicken Instant pot recipes, so I started my search on not just Pinterest, but asking some of my favorite blogs what they considered some of the best chicken Instant Pot recipes out there!
To my surprise, people submitted so many delicious recipes, including David’s Instant Pot Chicken Taco Recipe (that he was so generous to share with us last year). Knowing that many of you are looking for Instant Pot chicken recipes too, I decided to share the 25 best chicken Instant Pot recipes that everyone that were not just delicious, but cost efficient and great for just about anyone’s meal plan. Add in the fact that many of them are kid friendly too and you have a win-win situation for nearly every family!
