Even though I haven’t had very long to test the Gaiam’s Strong Core and Back Kit, I have so far enjoyed working out with this kit. The exercises are fairly easy and you can feel a different without a great deal of effort. The best part, at least in my opinion, is that these exercises are actually very relaxing, making it the perfect before bed workout. Based on my own experience, I am happy to give the Gaiam’s Strong Core and Back Kit an A rating.

i love exercising and i’m sure this product could be a great way to exercise. i enjoyed reading the review and seems to be a great product.
Boy I could sure use this to strengthen my back. However, once I get on the floor I’d would never get back up. This would be better for my daughter who would love it.
