Never Miss Packages with a Wireless Driveway Alarm

December 22, 2015 by Susan Bewley

Disclosure: I received this products for free to review. The opinions in my review are honest & my own.

Looking for the perfect way to never miss someone at the door or packages arriving? Se what we think of the 1ByOne Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarm here!

Have you ever felt like you have been sitting around all day, waiting for UPS, Fedex, or even USPS? Don’t worry, you aren’t the only ones. We have stopped our entire day waiting for packages, including live feed for our small animals. With cold temperatures, the last thing we want to deal with is frozen super worms, hornworms, or even crickets! Not to mention dog food sitting outside in the snow or rain. With how many weather-sensitive packages we have coming in year round, we thought it was time to look into some way to monitor us when someone pulls in the driveway or comes to the door. Luckily, we found the perfect solution at a very low price – the 1ByOne Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarm.

1ByOne Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarm: What is It?

Looking for an innovative little device to let you know when packages arrive or if someone has pulled into your driveway? If so, we think you will love the 1ByOne Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarm. This alarm lets you know when motion has been detected near the sensor device by a ring, light, or a ring and light combination. By being able to pick up animals, humans, or moving objects, you can know exactly if packages are arriving, or if someone is on your property, alerting you if you need to check your cameras or security system. While the system is very easy to use and weatherproof, you also get a 30 day money back guarantee and a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, so no risk for homeowners!

1ByOne Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarm: Our Thoughts

So far, so good with this driveway alarm. When set up correctly, it tells us when someone is coming in our driveway or near the front the door. That being said, it is very sensitive, meaning that if you are having a very windy day, you can expect the alarm to go off a bit more than usual. This isn’t a big deal for us, since it does tell us what we need most 99% of the time – when someone is approaching the house. While I couldn’t imagine using it for security with its bright colors, it is perfect for busy people like us who have a home office where we can’t hear the doorbell.

1ByOne Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarm: Where to Purchase

Wan to purchase this awesome system for your home? You can buy the 1ByOne Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarm on Amazon.com for only $28.99. As of 12/22/15, this alarm system was on sale for $24.99.

I would love this! Our house sits back from the road far enough I don’t always know when people are approaching and it can be a little frightening when you are not expecting someone and the door bell rings. This would be a great addition to our house. Thanks for the review.

I would love to set this up just to know when the one bad neighbor is making it close to my door. I guess the wind sensitivity means it works very well.

This would be really nice to have; I know people who don’t always hear the doorbell when a package is delivered so the package just sits there; with this, they’ll now know when the delivery person shows up. Thanks for posting!

What a great gadget. I don’t know how many times I didn’t hear the UPS or Fedx trucks pull in the driveway this year. This would allow me to get to the door in time without them having to wait….

What a great idea!! our mail carrier just told me over the holidays that they are having problems with people stealing amazon boxes left by the front doors. This would be a wonderful solution.

This would be excellent for me!! I get my Lantus, etc. from a RX home delivery service and it comes in a Styrofoam container with ice packs inside. On a hot day, I have received these packages with all the packs thawed out. The FedEx driver is suppose to ring our bell, but not all of them do & at $400 dollars a pop, I can’t afford warm/hot medicine.

I really like the sound of this product! I never open the door unless I know that you was coming. I won’t let my kids just open the door either! This would give me enough of a warning for me to figure out who it is. Thanks for sharing! love it.

It is a pain waiting. Especially when it’s a package that needs a signature and they give vague hours, say between 8-5. Who wants to put everything on hold that long.

I really love this idea. I’m not sure how well it would work for me because of the way my driveway is situated, but I would love to give it try.

This is an interesting gadget. I know the feeling of waiting all day…putting off doing anything, until that package or telecommunications service representative shows up at my door. I would love to know that I can at least shower, and still be alerted if someone is coming!

This is so perfect!! We are Amazon addicts so we always have packages being delivered!! I worry they will just sit outside if I don’t go out and check!! This would be awesome to have!! Such a cool idea!

  28. Cheryl Rogers says

    January 2, 2016 at 11:08 pm

I really see this as an advantage for us! I have had a few packages not be where they are suppossed to and I could be warned when we have one delivered. Therefore no theft! Thanks for highlighting this device.

I was just telling my husband I needed something like this. Didn’t know they existed. I am so thrilled. This will make life (and the UPS driver’s life) much easier.

  31. Dorothy Boucher says

I know we surely could use this, I am always getting mail or some type of delivery for myself or for others, and often I end up at the postal service or ups because I didn’t hear the bell or door.

Thanks for the Fantastic Review on Never Miss Packages with a Wireless Driveway Alarm! This is really a nifty device! Where we are, right now, we don’t have a driveway and have to park on the street in front of our house. However, if and when we do move, this is something I’d like to have. Thanks so much for the fantastic review, the pictures, and your personal and professional opinions on Never Miss Packages with a Wireless Driveway Alarm with all of us! I honestly do appreciate it! Thanks again! Michele 🙂

This looks to be a great product. My concern is that if you live in the country would the chipmunks etc. continuously set it off?
