9 Easy Yeast Bread & Rolls Recipes

November 6, 2013 by Susan Bewley

One of the things I love doing during the winter is making my own bread.  During the summer, I usually buy healthy breads from the store, but as the weather is getting cooler, I feel comfortable keeping my oven on longer and starting little baking projects throughout the day. I have especially been focusing on making bread from scratch with my bread maker dying, leaving me kneading bread in my Kitchenaid Mixer or by hand. After having so much fun  making a few different types of bread, I brought my search to Pinterest, where I found some yummy and amazing recipes. Below, I included 10 easy yeast bread and roll recipes that are perfect for anyone who is new to baking their own bread.

Are you considering learning how to make your own bread? Here are 9 easy yeast bread & rolls recipes that are perfect for beginners!

I love making bread and do so all the time, but I didn't have a good Rosemary Foccacia bread recipe.  I am going to try this with spelt flour since we are wheat allergies here!

I tried making pizza dough last week and it was supposed to take only a couple of hrs. to rise and for some reason it seemed to take forever and it didn't turn out quite right. Did I mention epic fail. I don't think I'll be doing that again any time soon

I love to make breads and rolls. Some people are "afraid" of yeast but a good thermometer, to check the temperature of the liquid, makes it easy. There is something therapuetic about kneading the dough.
