These all look like fun and delicious treats for St Patrick’s Day and I hadn’t thought of Lucky Charms cereal but how appropriate for the holiday. My children are older now but I really like Lucky Charms and may try some of these snack ideas for myself and I know the girls will like them as well.

My favorites are the ice pop and pretzels. I’m not crazy about marshmallow. I think years ago, I made too many rice krispy treats, I’m burnt out on it. I’d like to try the truffles. I tried making them once before. I had a chocolate mess all over the place, including myself. They tasted okay, but nowhere as good as store bought.

I’ve never seen anything like the Samoa Ice Pops!! Sure, it may still be a little cold out for ice pops, but I love how unique the idea is! I may swap out the sherbert for shamrock shake though!
