Is there anything more annoying than back pain? Getting sharp muscle spasms that make it difficult to concentrate is one thing, but dealing with it while leash training a puppy and dealing with an excited 80 pound dog makes the situation a lot more dire. As someone who loves Homedics products, I honestly couldn’t wait to get this out of the box and give it a try. After finishing rearranging the house and training a puppy, we were both looking forward to a nice massage. Not only was it very easy to set up, but we were getting a nice, deep massage right out of the box just by hitting the power button on the remote. As well, doing a custom massage is super easy since you can adjust just about everything using the built in remote. When you are ready to put away the unit, the seat folds neatly against the back, allowing you to store it away neatly either upright or lying on a shelf until later use. We have a heated massage cushion but it’s not as nice as this.They really do help .I use mine in the winter even when my back isn’t sore because the heat feels great on my back.

Wow this is right up my alley and from a company I trust. I suffer from low to mid back pain and I refuse to take pain medication until it is my only option left. Chronic long term pain medication for chronic back pain can open a can of worms in itself. I like the fact that with their product you can control the pressure by choosing your massage and sometimes the heat seams to make it worse for me so being able to choose if I use it or not is nice. I am going to really consider putting this on my must have list so thank you.
If I had’ve had this, I would’ve used it as soon as I got up today. I am so cold, due to the immediately 15 degree drop over night, and cramped, this would have brought some much needed relief. I learned a lot from your great review. The different settings, etc. Today, I would use Full and Knead. Great product!
I like the remote control button. You can really concentrate on the achy areas and adjust the settings to address the area in need of a good massage

THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR ME BECAUSE I HAD A VERY BAD CAR ACCIDENT IN 2010. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE SURGERIES ON MY BACK. AND I SUFFER IN PAIN EVERY DAY. AND WHEN BAD WEATHER COMES IM IN SO MUCH PAIN I STAY IN BED ALL DAY. I SUFFER EVERY DAY EVER SINCE 2010.
As the temps are beginning to drop here, I can only imagine how great this would feel! After the end of a long day, how nice to be able to sit and relax while you get a heated massage! Who am I kidding? That would be great any time of year.

This Homedics Quad Shiatsu Massage Cushion sounds Heavenly! I sit in my computer chair for the majority of the day and by the time I am ready for bed I ache everywhere! From my tail bone to the top of my head and everywhere in between, my body reminds me of how inactive I have been and supplies a great quantity of tight muscles and lower back pain.

I wish I had this Homedics Quad Shiatsu ft Cushion last night. I spent the day cleaning and my back was hurting when I finished. With the different settings, I am sure it would of helped relax all the tight muscles I incurred during the day.

Even before I read your review, I knew it’s a must have. As a freelancer in TV production, I work anywhere from 12 -16 hours a day. I know this will be heaven to my back as well as my mothers back. When we go to the mall and pass by Brook Brothers we sit on the massage chairs if they are available and go “ooh, ahh”

Hi Susan, Your surely right, that meds for back pain only bandage the pain. I was just diagnosed with denigrating bone disorder in my lower spine with Lumbar 3,4,5 collapsing. And the Dr suggested doing strengthening exercises to my muscles so my bones feel less pain. I love massages but can’t afford them so besides trying physical therapy, I practically live with heat ointments or a heating pad on my back. I’ve seen those exercise massage chairs in stores where you pay to use them for relief. I never knew until today, that products like this existed for relief at home. Thank you for introducing Homedics to me today. What a great product.
I would give anything for this!!! A few years ago a Mack truck pulled out in front of me on a major highway & I hit his front axle head on & broke it in half so needless to say, I have major back issues & medication isn’t really an option most of the time since I’m a single mother of two! When I said I’d give anything, I truly wasn’t exaggerating….well, anything other than my two reasons for waking up everyday anyway, lol!!! 😉
