10 Amazing Pork Slow Cooker Recipes

Posted on Jan 29 2014 - 12:37am by Susan Bewley

While we don’t eat it very often, my husband and I are every so often in the mood for pork.  Sometimes a good soup with sausage, or a nice bacon dish is the perfect treat. When the mood hits us, we want something that is not only yummy, but something that won’t take too long to make with our busy schedules. Unfortunately, most of my pork recipes take quite a bit of prep time, making it a treat that we normally get at a restaurant. At least, this was the case until so many of my friends starting sharing some of their favorite pork slow cooker recipes. In all honest, I hadn’t even considered making pork dishes in the slow cooker!

Since pork has been on sale this week, I decided to stock up and try out some of the amazing recipes I have had recommended to me. Knowing that many of our fans loved my chicken slow cooker and beef slow cooker roundups, I thought you would enjoy these awesome pork recipes too! Below, you will find 10 Amazing Pork Slow Cooker Recipes, featuring recipes from some of my favorite bloggers!Looking for delicious pork recipes for your slow cooker? Always looking for something new to make, we eat a lot of chicken and beef. We need to mix it up a bit and have some pork. I may have to try the pulled pork recipe…sounds and looks great.

One of my goals this year, post baby, is two slow-cooker meals a week – with leftovers for other days that week. These are some great ideas to start with, thank you!
