Are you starting to get your Christmas tree together? I will freely admit, we haven’t even bought our tree yet! We know we have to start getting our house ready for the holidays, including getting all of our Christmas decorations and making the holidays as fun as possible for our entire family. One of the things I always loved as a kid was having a fun, unique Christmas tree that including homemade ornaments – some being things my mom made and others being things from various craft projects from us kids. To me, that is just part of Christmas – making fun projects and decorations.

I’m thrilled that Poke’mon is back, and bigger than ever. We had a string of Poke’mon lights and used the plastic pokeballs that came with the toys from Burger King to decorate a little tree we have. We added plastic Poke’mon toys and had a Pikachu on top. That was over 17 years ago. The pokeball idea is cute, but I’d love to do the different types of balls, too.
