175 Best Air Fryer Recipes Review

Posted on Oct 24 2016 - 9:32pm by Susan Bewley

Have you been trying to eat healthier? If I could say anything about 2016, it is the year that we have tried to be more firm about eating at home and being healthy. At times it hasn’t been easy, at times we honestly failed, but we have been making great strides, which we know will lead to long term weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. One of the thing I had seriously been looking into buy is an air fryer. I know, I know, the last thing I need is another kitchen gimmick, but I love that it can make foods we like to eat out so much healthier! The problem, however, is convincing my husband that this is a great idea, which led to me looking at cookbooks. To my surprise, while Pinterest is filled with lots of recipes, it seems there aren’t that many cookbooks out there with realistic recipes. Recently, however, I had the chance to review a complimentary copy of a brand new cookbook perfect for realistic, healthier recipes in an Air Fryer – 175 Best Air Fryer Recipes by Camilla V Saulsbury.  Once my book arrived, I couldn’t wait to start browsing!

175 Best Air Fryer Recipes: Our Thoughts

I will be quite honest, I am even more eager to get an air fryer now. Most of the recipes in the book aren’t just easy, they sound absolutely amazing. The pictures in the book are big and beautiful, making me more confident that this is something we need in our household. It had recipes for making old fashioned donuts, poppers, biscuits, and even fish! I already thought one would be useful, but I never even imagined how many things could be made in one of these cookers, and I know this is definitely a perfect book for a new owner, especially with all the yummy, easy to follow recipes.

I very recently bought an air fryer. I had been wanting one for some time… and when my mom bought hers and loved it, I had to get one too. So happy I did! We have used it all but a few days since we received it. I’m ready to explore more recipes and this collection looks amazing!

I’m buying myself an air fryer for Christmas this year. I’ve read about them and love the idea of crunchy without greasy. When I first read about these, I figured they were the solution, but first wanted to hear from people who have used them to be sure they delivered….sounds like they do, so I’m getting one….and I’ll need lots of recipes!

I have never had an air fryer before, but they sound amazing! I am definitely not a fan of the usual fryers, the grease is just so messy and smelly! I have an air fryer on my wish list this year so I am crossing my fingers! This book would be so awesome to have once I get one! 🙂

I’ve seen the air fryers in the store. I’m sure they’d be healthier and cleaner than frying with grease.
