Unfortunately, finding cookbooks for an electric pressure cooker is sometimes challenging. Recently though, I had an opportunity to review a complimentary copy of a new cookbook – 175 Best Multifunction Electric Pressure Cooker Recipes by Marilyn Haugen. Once my copy arrived, I couldn’t wait to get reading!

I wonder how many vegetarian recipes would be in this book. If there were a good assortment, then I’d love to look into cooking this way. Seems like a quick and easy way to do so.

I just got a pressure cooker not long ago and I agree about the recipes online. I have found tons of variations on a few recipes, but not a huge variety of recipes. I’d be happy to have these, they sound easy and good.

I’ve never used a pressure cooker. I’m really an awful cook, so I don’t. A good cookbook and pressure cooker might make a difference.

Would love this. I just recently received an instant pot and am struggling with what to make in it. I have tried roasts which turn out amazing but I know this has to be able to cook more things than roast.

My cooker did not come with very many recipes. I would love to have this cookbook which is just for electric pressure cookers. I often struggle to figure out how to adapt things I normally make to this much faster appliance.

If you know how to use a pressure cooker it really is a great way to cook. It is fast and makes everything you cook in it keep moisture and fall apart in your mouth.

I got an electric pressure cooker and it is still in its box. I have no clue what or how to cook using one. I think this cookbook is exactly what I am needing.

I have only seen the basic store grater, so this review is quite eye-opening. It would be nice to have one that can do the shredding and thin slicing too. I like the concept of the box grater, to catch the food, but it would definitely have to be vertical. The horizontal would be strange. I have my eye on the Cuisinart and the protective gloves.
