It feels like Valentine’s Day was just yesterday, but soon enough spring blooms, baby chicks, and little bunny cottontails will be everywhere. It’s the time of Peeps, egg hunts, and feeling like a complete Easter basket case when you realize you have a church social to prepare for, relatives coming in to visit, and you’re supposed to play the perfect host(ess) but you have nothing prepared.
Spring cleaning aside, I love springtime because it’s chock-full of so many of my favorite things: cute baby animals, pastel candy colors, and fresh flowers. Fortunately, any combination of these sweet things makes for lovely decor and an impressive spread.
