Back Pain: 80 Personalized Easy Exercises Review

March 2, 2016 by Susan Bewley

Looking for ways to fight back against back pain? See what we think of Back Pain: 80 Personalized Easy Exercises by Jean-Francois Harvey here!

Is there anything more annoying than back pain? While it may sound pretty minor, back pain can easily turn a relaxing, fun day into a nightmare. Even worse, when you spend the day instead laying in bed or on the couch, unable to do much more than trying to figure out a way to better manage your pain. While most of us think the cure to back pain is taking pain killers, most of the time it can actually be improved or even fixed entirely with exercise and improved posture. Recently, I was asked to look at Jean-Francois Harvey’s latest book – Cure Back Pain: 80 Personalized Easy Exercises and see what I thought. After receiving my complimentary copy in the mail, I couldn’t wait to get reading!

Cure Back Pain: What is It?

Looking for a book to help you manage back pain? If so, we think you will love Back Pain: 80 Personalized Easy Exercises. This spinal training program is designed to be easy to follow, safe, and an effective tool to not only ease back pain, but avoid and eliminate it all together. Best of all, you can customize the routine to your lifestyle, making it part of your everyday activities or part of your normal workout. With beautiful illustrations and proven results, back pain will soon be a thing of the past!

Cure Back Pain: Our Thoughts

Honestly, I thought this was a very interesting, practical book. While the exercises obviously can’t eliminate all types of back pain, it can help reduce different types of back pain with anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes of exercise. Best of all, each exercise is beautifully illustrated in the book, allowing anyone to follow along and follow these easy to do exercises. Most are easy enough that you can incorporate them in your daily routine without a great deal of effort. Based on our own experience, we are happy to give Back Pain: 80 Personalized Easy Exercises an A rating.

Cure Back Pain: Where to Purchase

I think that it is always good to try exercise and lifestyle changes to deal with back pain. Personally I have found this to be more helpful than medication.

I will have to pick up a copy of this book. I have all kinds of aches and pains in my back. I carry stress in my shoulders. I also have fibromyalgia so it would be good to strengthen my back and my trunk. Thank you so much for sharing

Practical exercises are what I need and from what you review this sounds like it. I have fibromyalgia and I broke ribs last year and well sometimes not a good combination and this will probably help, I will look for it.

I have constant back pain and I found (by accident) that removing the back off my office chair forces me to sit straighter. Certainly helps!

Thanks for the review on this book! I have sprained my back a few times and sometimes experience back pain at random. I don’t like taking medication unless it’s absolutely necessary, so this book could definitely come in handy for me. I’ll have to check it out.

As we get older it seems as though back pain is something that we all have to deal with at one time or another… This would be a good book to have on hand.

Back pain is the worst. A few years ago, I took a bad fall and part of my pt included stretching exercises. It does help.

I hate the back pain I am experiencing right now just sitting at the computer. I try to stretch and take Ibprofin but that’s all I do for it right now.

I cannot wait to read “cure back pain” Susan. Having a bulging disk, the hip of an 80 yr old as t 38 due to 1 leg being slightly different in length, osteoarthritis and slight scoliosis; I’ve realized how important posture is in alleviating a great deal of pain. I was using a pilates studio to correct my posture and it was helping a great deal but soon couldn’t afford the expense.
I’m eager to read your book and learn new ways to correct my posture and start assisting me with the pain I struggle with.
    Thank you Susan!
