While many of us love the idea of learning how to make soap from scratch, there is a lot of conflicting information on the internet, some of it which makes it sound difficult and dangerous. In actuality, however, making soap is not only fun, but can be profitable. Knowing that many of my readers would love to know more, I was delighted when I was asked to review a new book – A Quick Start Guide to Soap Making!

A Quick Start Guide to Soap Making: Overall

So far, I have to say that I am impressed with this book. As someone who has been making homemade soap for awhile, I think this is a very easy to understand guide for beginners. Not only are the pictures beautiful but the instructions are easy to read and understand, making it great for people who are new to the whole soap making process. Best of all, the book is currently being sold at a great price. My other soap making books cost at least $20 – $40 a book, so .99 really is a great deal for anyone considering making soap.
