Close & Personal with the LG G4 Smartphone at Best Buy

Are you on the lookout for a new phone? As crazy as it sounds, this girl wasn’t too thrilled about the Apple iPhone 6. It just didn’t seem an innovative as previous models. For this reason, my husband and I have been researching various phones, wanting to make sure we know exactly what we want when the time comes for us to upgrade. One phone that recently caught our attention was the new LG G4 Smartphone. When we heard that Best Buy had this new phone on display, we knew we had to see it for ourselves!

As you can see, the phone itself is quite impressive, having a genuine leather, metallic, or ceramic style back cover for a classy look. I have to say, I can think of worse things than feeling soft leather on my hand every time I take it out of my pocket. As well, the phone itself is ergonomic, fitting in the palm of your handle with its gentle curve design, making it comfortable for long calls or just texting.

Even the display is pretty snazzy, with a cutting edge 5.5″ IPS Quantum Display to make your visual experience as outstanding as possible. As well, it has a 25% brighter display and 50% improved contract when compared to the LG G3, making watching videos or looking at pictures an even better experience. As well the Quad HD resolution with 535 ppi is pretty snazzy too. Again, for those who don’t speak tech speak, this means that videos and movies look gorgeous and smooth, not grainy, when you are watching them on your phone.

For people who use their camera daily like me, the camera is pretty awesome too. Some of the features on the camera include:

• f/1.8 aperture for better performance in low light situations
• A manual mode with 15 settings and over 135 options for photo enthusiasts
• Laser auto focus
• 16 MP rear facing camera
• 8 MP font camera for selfies
• Optical Image Stabilization technology for sharper, more focused pictures
• Raw image files for higher quality images

Really, the camera does sound impressive, especially for people like me who bounce between their phone and DSLR for photos.
