Can you believe that June is already over? We are welcoming June and Rylie is growing like a weed as she goes through her puppyhood journey. Not only are we going through teething, but that awkward stage where Rylie is trying to figure out her body and is nearly half of her adult size. While I may be missing my tiny little puppy, we are enjoying seeing her learn and explore, with Ivi protectively following her to make sure she doesn’t get into too much trouble. That being said, her tail was already wagging when we opened the door and she found a familiar purple box outside designed just for her – the Pupbox. After a bit of sniffing and curiously trying to eat the box, we brought it outside so that Rylie could see what was inside her 16 week Pupbox!
Pupbox: What is It?
For those who haven’t heard of PupBox, they are a developmental subscription box that grows with your puppy. Rather than sending the same box each month to all their subscribers, they send it based on your puppy’s age, meaning that you get age-appropriate treats, toys, and even training advice approved by celebrity trainer Andrea Arden. Typically, boxes will have 5 – 7 items inside the box, with each box always having a bag of training treats inside based on your dog’s profile. With how much baby Rylie loved her 12 week box, we honestly couldn’t wait to open her 16 week box.. Since it was such a beautiful day outside, we decided to do an unboxing video outside, letting Rylie and Ivi enjoy some fresh air and curiously go through the box herself. This is really amazing! What a cool idea. It makes me think of the kind of gift baskets you give when someone is welcoming a new baby. The fact that it actually grows with your dog is pretty revolutionary. I can’t believe it took this long for somebody to think it all up! Wish I’d gotten one of these for our dog!
Its really nice to see our puppies/dogs smile or happy with their toys. I think we should really give some happiness just as how much happiness they have given to us!
