Free Accountability Healthy Steps Calendar Printable

March 7, 2014 by Susan Bewley

While many people don’t talk about it, one of the hardest parts of losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle is breaking old habits. You aren’t going to break a soda habit overnight and the same is try when it comes to becoming a regular at your local gym. The trick is starting with baby steps. One of the best ways to do this is by having something to keep you accountable. For me, one of the best things is a calendar to keep me motivated. Knowing that some of us like to have something we can write on daily, I thought I would include a fun, free printable to keep you motivated with your own weight loss journey. To download this calendar, make sure to click on the link below!

If you decide to use this calendar, please let us know what you think in the comment below. We always love hearing what things help our readers!

Thanks for the Calendar the idea of accountability it right. We must write our vision down so it will actually become more real. When I see something I am more able to accomplish it. And when it is on a calendar the people in your home will encourage you.

I love this idea. It’s so helpful and keeps track of what you really are doing and consuming to try and keep up your nutrition goals. What a great way to review your bad habits and to keep new ones going!

What a cute idea and writing down a positive change daily is really neat. My sister and I are dieting her doing much better than I am but this may be something to consider doing. Thanks for sharing!
