While I haven’t taken this very long, Dr Tobias Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplement seems like many other fish oil supplements I have tried in the past. They even look about the same size as some of the other brands I have tried previously.  What I did notice, however, is that the capsules aren’t sticky and don’t stick to your hand (something I personally can’t stand). While it does have a bit of a fishy smell, it isn’t as strong as other brands I have tried. The best part, however, is that it doesn’t have a fishy taste or aftertaste. This is one of the main reasons I used Krill Oil supplements for long since many other omega-3 fish oil supplements have the most horrible aftertaste. While I can’t talk about the long term effects just yet, it seems to have a lot going for it compared to other supplements on the market. Based on my own experience, I am happy to give Dr Tobias Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplement an A rating.

  3. I have never tried fish oil because I was afraid that it would smell bad. I’m taking a hair and nail vitamin right now that is huge and it does have a fishy odor. I may try this instead.

  9. Interesting article. I have found that having fish oil is fantastic for me with ladies problems and for hubby with arthritis and a friend of mine says her boy is more settles and he has ADD ( I am not suggesting anyone try fish oil for a cure – this is my opinion only)
